IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is a global network of IEEE members and volunteers dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists, and inspiring girls around the world to follow their academic interests in a career in engineering and science.

With a global network that connects nearly 20,000 members in over 100 countries, WIE aims to advance women in technology at all points in their life and career. IEEE WIE members make lifelong friendships, acquire influential mentors, and make a difference for the benefit of humanity. The goal of the society is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines globally, thereby working towards building a vibrant community of IEEE women and men collectively using their diverse talents to innovate for the benefit of humanity.

The IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) is a transnational society with more than 10,500 members and 190 chapters worldwide. The society promotes the advancement of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies.

For more than 60 years, the MTT-S has worked to advance the professional standing of its members and enhance the quality of life for all people through the development and application of microwave technology. The mission of MTT-S is to continue to understand and influence microwave technology and to provide a forum for all microwave engineers. Thereby continuing to be the global focus for the promotion of the RF and microwave engineering profession, by advancing and distributing knowledge and supporting professional development.

The Power and Energy Society (PES) provides the world's largest forum for sharing the latest in technological developments in the electric power industry, for developing standards that guide the development and construction of equipment and systems, and for educating members of the industry and the general public.

The mission of PES is to be the leading provider of scientific and engineering information on electric power and energy for the betterment of society, and the preferred professional development source for it's members. The scope of the Society embraces research, development, planning, design, construction, maintenance, installation and operation of equipment, structures, materials and power systems for the safe, sustainable, economic and reliable conversion, generation, transmission, distribution, storage and usage of electric energy, including its measurement and control.

The IEEE Computer Society is the premier source for information, inspiration, and collaboration in computer science and engineering. Connecting members worldwide, the Computer Society empowers the people who advance technology by delivering tools for individuals at all stages of their professional careers.

The mission of the society is to promote the usage of technology to influence the quality of life in the society. It is a Techno Enthusiasts group having members from both industry and academia, with the sole mission of promoting technology knowledge and its relevance to make a strong impact to the change in the society and benefit the human kind.

The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society is the leading organization that promotes the advancement of the theory, analysis, design, tools, and implementation of circuits and systems. The Society brings engineers, researchers, scientists and others involved in circuits and systems applications access to the industry’s most essential technical information, networking opportunities, career development tools and many other exclusive benefits.

The Society mission is to foster CASS members across disciplines to address humanity’s grand challenges by conceiving and pioneering solutions to fundamental and applied problems in circuits and systems. The purposes of the Society are scientific, literary and educational in character, directed toward the advancement of the theory and practice of electrical, electronics, and allied branches of engineering or the related arts and science, in order to increase the professional standing of the Members and Affiliates.
